After 167 years of company history, the Kattus family business presents its first non-alcoholic sparkling wine - the further development of the popular classic Spumante. Behind the project are Maximilian & Johannes Kattus, who spent two years working on the perfect formula for a sparkling, alcohol-free pleasure experience.


The result is a fruit-orientated sparkling wine without alcohol that impresses with its elegance, freshness and sparkling liveliness. Made from 100% Austrian grapes, Spumino is produced after careful vinification and is then refined in Vienna. Its clear flavour profile with fruitiness, lively acidity and fine perlage makes it a stylish alternative for anyone who wants to avoid alcohol but does not want to miss out on festive sparkling wine enjoyment. Tasting Note

In the glass, the Kattus Spumino 0.0% is a light straw yellow colour with a fine, lively effervescence. On the nose, it has a fruity bouquet with aromas of ripe grapes, apple and citrus. On the palate, it is fresh, elegant and harmonious, with a fine acidity on the finish that provides a refreshing finish.
