This single pot still whisky is produced using the traditional Irish method from a blend of malted and unmalted barley and is triple-distilled to achieve a particularly smooth and rounded profile. Maturation takes place in a finely balanced combination of first-fill bourbon and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, resulting in a harmonious interplay of sweetness, spice and fruitiness.

Tasting Note
