Made from 100 per cent juice of unripe Blaufränkisch grapes from the 2025 vintage, this product epitomises pure freshness, precision and artisanal clarity. Verjus, derived from the French ‘vert jus’ meaning ‘green juice’, is made from early-harvested grapes and is characterised by a mildly tart, elegant structure – completely alcohol-free and with no added sugar. Heinrich Verjus Sour is naturally cloudy and completely untreated, ensuring that all the grapes’ natural constituents are preserved. This authenticity gives it its lively acidity, delicate fruitiness and enormous versatility.


As a conscious alternative to vinegar or citrus fruits, this Blaufränkisch verjus is ideal for modern cuisine as well as for the non-alcoholic bar scene.
