Two Trees Poitín is an authentic Irish spirit, produced by the renowned West Cork Distillers in Skibbereen, County Cork. It embodies the modern revival of a true Irish classic – poitín (pronounced ‘put-sheen’), which is regarded as the original form of Irish whisky. For centuries, poitín was distilled in Ireland in small copper stills, often clandestinely and solely for personal consumption. Today, as an artisanal speciality, it is enjoying a renaissance and stands for tradition, purity and unmistakable strength.


Two Trees Poitín is distilled from 100% Irish grain and produced using the copper pot still method – a production process that gives it its characteristic smoothness and depth. With an alcohol content of 40% vol., it offers an expressive yet balanced flavour profile. The spirit displays fresh cereal notes, a hint of sweetness, a touch of vanilla and a warm, spicy finish. Despite its historical roots, Two Trees Poitín is modern, elegant and exceptionally easy to drink – neat, on the rocks or as a versatile base for cocktails.
