The Ardlair 10 Years Old The Untamed Grace Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky comes from the historic Ardmore Distillery in the Scottish Highlands and is a characterful single malt that reflects the rustic elegance of its origins in every facet. This exceptional bottling was initially matured in classic hogsheads before undergoing an intensive finish in a first-fill Pedro Ximénez sherry hogshead. Like all bottlings in Brave New Spirits’ The Whisky Heroes series, it has not been chill-filtered or coloured, ensuring that its authentic character is fully preserved. In colour, it presents an intense mahogany hue that reflects the depth of its sherry finish.


As a single cask release, this Highland malt is limited to just 211 bottles worldwide – a rarity that will delight lovers of intense, full-bodied whiskies. The flavour is characterised by rich dried fruit, dark chocolate and a hint of orange zest, accompanied by subtle woody and spicy notes. The long finish, with hints of Christmas biscuits, cloves and espresso, makes for a sensuous and lingering tasting experience.
