The Bodega Norton Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon 2023 is an outstanding Argentinian red wine from the famous Mendoza wine-growing region, which lies at the foot of the Andes and is internationally recognised for its powerful, structured wines. The Cabernet Sauvignon grape variety comes from vines that are over 30 years old and are deeply rooted in gravelly soil with a sandy surface. Vinification is carried out with the utmost precision: after temperature-controlled fermentation, the wine matures for at least 12 months in new French oak barriques, which gives it its depth, complexity and fine flavour. The bouquet impresses with intense notes of red berries, cassis and plums, accompanied by fine nuances of dark chocolate, mint, vanilla and elegant wood spice. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, with fine, ripe tannins and a harmonious balance between fruit and spice. The texture is rich in finesse and elegant, the finish is delicately spicy, long-lasting and complex.

The Bodega Norton Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon 2023 is the ideal accompaniment to grilled beef, lamb chops, game dishes or savoury pasta dishes. It also develops its aromatic depth particularly well with mature hard cheeses and braised dishes. Its full potential unfolds at a drinking temperature of 16-18 °C.
