Henkell Rosé is a delicately sparkling, elegant rosé sparkling wine with an international flair, which delights with its freshness and balance. Produced from a cuvée of selected red grape varieties, this sparkling wine combines the art of traditional sparkling wine production with the modern, crisp style of the House of Henkell Freixenet. It is produced using the Charmat method, in which the second fermentation takes place in pressure tanks – a process that particularly highlights the fresh fruit aromas and delicate perlage.


After a maturation period of at least six months, Henkell Rosé presents itself as a harmoniously balanced, fragrant sparkling wine with an elegant dryness and distinct fruitiness. This blend of quality, style and lightness makes it a popular choice for festive occasions and moments of pure enjoyment.

Tasting Note

In the glass, the Henkell Rosé displays a delicate salmon-pink colour with a lively, fine effervescence. On the nose, a nuanced, delicately fruity bouquet unfolds, with aromas of raspberries, strawberries and redcurrants, accompanied by a hint of citrus freshness and delicate floral notes. On the palate, the sparkling wine is dry, fresh and well-balanced, with an elegant blend of fruit, delicate acidity and a creamy effervescence. The finish is lively and harmonious, with a lingering fruity aftertaste – an expression of pure joie de vivre in rosé form.

Henkell Rosé is highly versatile and ideal as an aperitif or to accompany light starters, fish, white meat and desserts that are not too sweet.
