The Henkell Semi-dry 11.5% vol. 0.2 l is the handy, stylish version of the popular classic from Henkell Freixenet - perfect for spontaneous enjoyment, on the go or at small celebrations. This semi-dry sparkling wine stands for harmony, balance and fine elegance. It is made from a carefully composed cuvée of selected white wines that bring freshness, fruit and mild sweetness into a wonderful balance.

The second fermentation is carried out according to the Méthode Charmat, in which the wine is fermented in a pressure tank in order to optimally preserve the typical fruit flavours and fine perlage. The sparkling wine then matures on the lees for several months to develop its creamy texture and elegant finesse. As a result, Henkell Halbtrocken is a classic German sparkling wine with an international style - sparkling, round and charming at the same time.

Tasting Note

In the glass, Henkell Halbtrocken is a light golden yellow colour with a fine, even perlage. The nose reveals aromas of ripe apples, pears and peaches, accompanied by delicate floral notes and a hint of honey. On the palate, the sparkling wine is mild, fruity and harmonious, with a balanced combination of fine acidity and delicate sweetness. The perlage is creamy and lively, the finish soft, round and pleasantly fruity - a sparkling wine that delights with its balance and lightness.
