Henkell Kardinal 11.5% ABV 0.75 l is a refined, delicately balanced red sparkling wine that delights with its deep colour, fruity aromas and elegant effervescence. It is produced using the Charmat method, in which the second fermentation takes place in a pressure tank. This process preserves the typical fruit aromas of the grapes used and gives the sparkling wine its delicate, lively effervescence. With its intense colour and fruit-forward flavour profile, the Henkell Kardinal is a sparkling wine full of character, perfect for both festive occasions and social gatherings.

Tasting Note

In the glass, the Henkell Kardinal displays a deep ruby red colour with a fine, even perlage. On the nose, seductive aromas of cherries, red berries and plums unfold, accompanied by subtle notes of vanilla and delicate spice. On the palate, it is round, fruity and well-balanced, with a harmonious blend of berry sweetness, delicate acidity and a creamy mousse. The finish is smooth, elegant and long-lasting, characterised by ripe fruit flavours and a fine, velvety texture.
