Produced by the renowned, long-established house of Henkell Freixenet, this sparkling delight combines quality, freshness and lightness in perfect harmony. It is based on a cuvée of selected white wines, which is initially vinified in the same way as classic sparkling wine. A particularly gentle de-alcoholisation process removes the alcohol without losing the delicate fruit aromas and elegant structure.
The result is a finely sparkling, alcohol-free sparkling wine that delights with its clear fruitiness, fresh acidity and gentle sweetness. Tasting Note
In the glass, Henkell Alcohol-Free displays a pale golden-yellow colour with a fine, persistent effervescence. On the nose, fresh aromas of apple, pear and citrus unfold, accompanied by a delicate floral note. On the palate, it is fruity, harmonious and lively, with finely balanced acidity and a pleasantly mild sweetness. The finish is refreshing, elegant and well-balanced, characterised by juicy fruit and a delicate effervescence – a non-alcoholic sparkling wine with style and character.
