Tasting Note

The Knöbl Weißer Burgunder 2024 has a light straw yellow colour with delicate greenish reflections in the glass. The nose reveals ripe fruit flavours of pear, apple and white peach, accompanied by fine nutty and floral notes. On the palate, the wine is round, juicy and full-bodied, with a clear structure, elegant texture and fine, ripe acidity. Its subtle fruitiness and creamy body lead to a harmonious, slightly mineral finish with lingering freshness and elegant balance.

Knöbl Weißer Burgunder 2024 is an excellent accompaniment to poultry, veal, fish dishes, seafood and light pasta dishes. It is also an excellent accompaniment to mild cheese or vegetable variations. Thanks to its full body and fine acidity, it also harmonises well with cream sauces or light meat dishes. The optimum drinking temperature is 10-12 °C, and it can be drunk until 2030.
