Description
Wildstueck Rosé Vermouth 17 % vol. 0.5 l is an aromatically versatile, artisan-crafted rosé vermouth that combines the essence of Wildstueck gin with an elegant rosé wine and finely balanced botanicals. The result is a refined vermouth that presents a harmonious balance of fruity freshness, gentle bitter notes and subtle herbal spice. Wildstueck Rosé Vermouth offers a modern aperitif experience that delights in every season – whether as a refreshing summer drink or an elegant, spicy treat in winter.
Made from the finest Austrian rosé wine and the distinctive juniper notes of Wildstueck Gin, the result is a vermouth with natural fruitiness and floral elegance. The selected botanicals – including wormwood, citrus peel, berries and delicate herbs – are carefully macerated and gently processed to allow their flavours to fully develop. By deliberately avoiding artificial additives, the taste remains pure and authentic. Wildstueck Rosé Vermouth impresses with its clear, honest style and perfectly embodies the brand’s philosophy – naturalness, quality and craftsmanship.
Tasting Note
In the glass, the vermouth displays a delicate, salmon-coloured rosé hue with coppery highlights. On the nose, fruity aromas of raspberries, strawberries and grapefruit unfold, accompanied by subtle herbal and spicy notes. On the palate, it is well-balanced and fresh, with a harmonious interplay of fruit, delicate bitterness and floral spice. The finish is long, smooth and pleasantly aromatic – a vermouth with exceptional balance and elegance.
Wildstueck Rosé Vermouth is a versatile aperitif with character. Enjoyed neat over ice, garnished with a fresh orange zest or lightly mixed with soda, it reveals its full lightness. It is also excellent as a base for creative cocktails and long drinks, or as an accompaniment to tapas, light fish dishes and fresh summer salads. Served at 8–10 °C, it showcases its fruity and spicy character at its very best. Its drinking window is between 2024 and 2028 – ideal for anyone looking to buy a vermouth that impresses with its quality, versatility and natural flavour.
