Tasting Note

The colour in the glass is a deep ruby red with dark reflections. The nose is dominated by dark berries, fresh plums and a hint of black olives, which give the wine depth and flavour. An aromatic dacapo follows on the palate, with the fruit setting the tone, accompanied by an invigorating acidity and a finely woven network of tannins. The structure is clearly defined, the body is medium-bodied and harmoniously balanced. The finish is soft, precise and long-lasting, with elegant fruit and fine spice.
