This exceptional small-batch bourbon is based on the historic wheated mash bill, consisting of 68% maize, 20% wheat and 12% malted barley – a recipe that has remained unchanged for almost two centuries. Rebels was once a pioneer in this field, opting for a high proportion of wheat – unlike many other distilleries – which gives the whisky its unmistakable smoothness and mildness.


Rebel Small Batch Reserve Whisky is an exclusive blend, carefully crafted by the experienced Master Distiller John Rempe. For this edition, only hand-selected casks are chosen and then skilfully blended together. The result is a bourbon with intense aromas of honey and vanilla, which are characteristic of the classic Rebel recipe. With its robust bottling strength of 110 proof (55% ABV), this bourbon is particularly aromatic, balanced and complex – an experience best enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water.
