This exceptional small batch bourbon is based on the historic wheated mash bill, which consists of 68% corn, 20% wheat and 12% malted barley - a recipe that has remained unchanged for almost two centuries. Rebels once pioneered this recipe, unlike many other distilleries, by focussing on a high proportion of wheat, which gives the whiskey its unmistakable softness and smoothness.


The Rebels Small Batch Reserve Whiskey is an exclusive blend, carefully combined by experienced Master Distiller John Rempe. Only hand-picked barrels are selected for this edition and then skilfully blended together. The result is a bourbon with intense flavours of honey and vanilla that are typical of the classic Rebels recipe. With its strong bottling strength of 110 proof (55% vol.), this bourbon is particularly aromatic, balanced and complex - an experience that is best enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water.
