Colour: Pale gold.

Nose: Floral notes, a subtle sweetness, a hint of spice and hints of light wood.

Palate: Smooth, balanced, delicately spicy, malty and harmonious.

Finish: Long-lasting, smooth and with a hint of wood.

This single malt pairs particularly well with delicate Asian dishes, such as sushi, sashimi, tempura or delicately spiced rice dishes, as its floral lightness perfectly complements these flavours. It also pairs superbly with almond biscuits, matcha desserts, white chocolate or fresh fruit, which highlight its delicate sweetness and woody aromas.
