The Rochelt Mirabelle 2017 50% is a premium fruit brandy from Rochelt, a distillery that has been synonymous with artisanal distilling in the Tyrolean Inn Valley for decades. For this vintage, fully ripe, aromatic Mirabelle plums are carefully selected and slowly and gently double-distilled using traditional methods. The fruit comes exclusively from controlled cultivation areas and is only processed once it has reached its optimum level of ripeness. The brandy is then aged for several years in open glass demijohns, which gives it its particularly fine and clear structure. The long ageing period ensures that the natural fruit notes blend harmoniously, resulting in an expressive yet elegant distillate that perfectly reflects the philosophy of the Rochelt distillery.


Like all the distillery’s products, the Rochelt Mirabelle Edelbrand is bottled without sugar, without additives and without filtration, thereby guaranteeing its purity and authentic production method. With an alcohol content of 50 per cent, it displays the clear, unadulterated intensity typical of Rochelt. The spirit is presented in the distinctive Rochelt bottle and in a high-quality wooden box, which further emphasises the exclusivity and artisanal quality of this limited-edition annual release.
