Vinification follows a precise, classically orientated Linie, the aim of which is to emphasise the natural freshness and fruit-driven clarity of Pinot Blanc. The Weissburgunder Klassik is matured in steel tanks to ensure that its fresh, elegant contours remain unadulterated. Pale straw yellow in the glass. Aromas of exotic fruits and walnuts on the nose. Juicy acidity with a fine structure on the palate. The finish is balanced, clear and long-lasting.
