The Eichenwald HORIZZANTE Rosé 2025 is a fresh and invigorating Austrian rosé frizzante that combines modern lightness with fruit-driven elegance. Produced by the Eichenwald Winery, this sparkling wine from Austria epitomises uncomplicated drinking pleasure and a clear, contemporary style. The rosé cuvée, made from Blaufränkisch and Zweigelt, combines freshness, fruit and structure into a balanced whole that is particularly impressive as an aperitif.
The base wine for the Eichenwald HORIZZANTE Rosé is matured in stainless steel tanks, which ensures that the variety-typical fruit and lively acidity are optimally preserved. As a frizzante, this vintage boasts a fine effervescence, distinct aromas and an approachable character. With an alcohol content of 12 per cent, the HORIZZANTE Rosé 2025 is fresh, balanced and invigorating. Tasting Note
In the glass, it displays a delicate onion-skin red colour. On the nose, aromas of pineapple, berries and ripe yellow apples unfold. On the palate, this frizzante is fruity with well-balanced acidity. The finish is lively, fresh and elegant.
