Beylerbeyi Teragold Raki is triple-distilled using the traditional method, combining high-quality grape suma with carefully selected aniseed. The raki is then matured under the supervision of the master distiller, first in clay jugs and then in oak barrels. This special maturing process in clay jars and wooden barrels gives the premium raki its characteristic golden colour and particularly balanced aroma. Beylerbeyi Teragold is produced without the addition of agricultural ethyl alcohol or added sugar and is also gluten-free, allowing the natural character of the raw materials used to take centre stage.
