Tasting Note

A light straw yellow colour with silver reflections in the glass. Medium intensity on the nose with aromas of pear, banana and white peach as well as hints of yellow flowers. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied with lively acidity, a juicy structure and a slightly gripping impression. The finish is fresh with a fine, subtly bitter note.

The Doppio Passo Pinot Grigio Friuli Grave is ideal as an aperitif and harmonises very well with mushroom dishes, vegetarian cuisine and shellfish. This dry Pinot Grigio also shows its strength with light fish dishes, antipasti or fresh salads.
