The Hillinger Vv White is vinified dry, fermented in stainless steel tanks and then matured on the fine lees for five months, harmoniously combining freshness, texture and aromatic depth. The combination of exotic fruit, fine Muscat spice and lively acidity makes this bottling particularly versatile. Bottled in the classic 0.75-litre bottle, this white wine from Austria has a storage potential of up to three years and is convincing both when drunk young and when matured for a short time.

Tasting Note

The colour in the glass is a rich straw yellow with light green reflections. A full bouquet of passion fruit, lychee and pineapple unfolds on the nose, underpinned by a delicate nutmeg flavour. Juicy and fresh on the palate with clear fruit, a lively structure and an animating, fruit-accentuated finish.
