Produced by V8+, this bottling fully complies with the Prosecco DOC Rosé specifications and is based on a clearly defined blend of Glera and Pinot Nero. The main component consists of at least 85 per cent Glera, complemented by 10–15 per cent Pinot Nero, which is vinified as a red wine and is responsible for the colour, fruit and additional structure.
