Tasting Note

A delicate light yellow colour in the glass. Ripe yellow fruit on the nose, accompanied by fine aromas of dried fruit. Fine bubbles and a long finish on the palate, semi-dry with notes of fully ripe apples and grape juice. The texture is round, fresh and balanced.
