Maturation in stainless steel tanks preserves the clear fruit and freshness of the grape varieties, while a proportion of 10% used barrique gives the wine additional depth and fine structure without overpowering the elegance. Vinified dry and at 13% vol., this Austrian red wine is balanced, round and pleasantly accessible. The ageing potential of up to three years emphasises its character as a versatile pleasure wine that will impress both in everyday life and with a wide variety of dishes. The recommended drinking temperature of 14 to 16 °C emphasises its aromatic balance to optimum effect.
