In the glass, the IRO Merlot Ried Gabarinza 2025 is a dark ruby-garnet colour with violet reflections. The nose reveals pronounced dark berry fruit with black cherry, cocoa and fine spice. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied with a balanced structure and precise texture. The finish is tightly meshed with good length and lasting depth.

The IRO Merlot Ried Gabarinza 2025 is a versatile accompaniment to beef, lamb, veal and game dishes. It is particularly harmonious with grilled fillet of beef, braised shoulder, rack of lamb or pasta with strong meat sauces.
