It comes from the renowned Styrian Weingut Krispel and stands for contemporary enjoyment without alcohol, without sacrificing expression and structure. The wine is first vinified in the classic way with fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by a short maturation period on the fine lees. Only then is the alcohol gently removed from the wine, preserving the fruit, freshness and balance.


The Krispel Zero presents itself as a sweet, non-alcoholic wine with a style focussed on lightness, drinkability and clear aromas. With its screw cap, it is practical and uncomplicated to handle. The recommended drinking temperature of 6-8°C emphasises its fresh character. The storage potential until 2028 also makes it a reliable option for stock and planning. Tasting Note

In the glass, the Krispel Zero 2025 is a pale straw yellow colour with green reflections. On the nose, a finely drawn bouquet of rose petals, elderberry and juicy red apple unfolds with a subtle citrus freshness. On the palate, the wine is lively and precise with a delicate sweetness and animating acidity that provides tension and lightness. The overall impression is clearly fresh and immediately appealing to drink.
