Cinzano Asti D.O.C.G. 7% Vol. 0.75 l is a classic Asti Spumante from Piedmont that reflects Cinzano's long tradition of producing high-quality Italian sparkling wines. As an Asti D.O.C.G., this aromatic Moscato Spumante is subject to strict origin and quality specifications and is made exclusively from the Moscato Bianco grape variety. The grapes come from selected vineyards in Piedmont and are processed with particular care to preserve their natural flavour and freshness.
Temperature-controlled fermentation in pressurised tanks using the Charmat method produces a fine sparkling wine with a moderate alcohol content of 7%, which is appreciated for its elegant sweetness and lively structure. Cinzano Asti is an uncomplicated, fruity, sparkling dessert wine that can be enjoyed on its own or as part of a light aperitif. Served at 6 - 8 °C, this Italian spumante unfolds its full expressive power and stands for uncomplicated enjoyment with Piedmontese origins.
Tasting Note
The colour in the glass is a light straw yellow with a fine, lively perlage. The nose is dominated by intense aromas of ripe peaches, white flowers and notes of nutmeg, accompanied by a hint of honey and citrus. On the palate, the Cinzano Asti D.O.C.G. is fresh and fruity with a harmonious sweetness, juicy acidity and a pleasantly aromatic, long-lasting finish.
This Asti Spumante from Italy is an excellent accompaniment to classic desserts such as panna cotta, tiramisu, fruit tarts or a fresh berry mix. It is particularly harmonious with fine almond biscuits, sponge cake or light cream dishes. Cinzano Asti also unfolds its fresh, aromatic style with fruity sorbets or as a sparkling accompaniment to brunch and summer afternoons and provides a lively end to a meal.
