Tasting Note

In the glass, it has a pale straw yellow colour with clear and brilliant reflections, the nose reveals fresh aromas of green apple and citrus fruit, accompanied by subtle floral notes, on the palate the wine is light and balanced, with a lively freshness and harmonious structure, the finish is fresh and clear, long-lasting and pleasantly invigorating.

This Italian white wine IGP is ideal with light starters such as antipasti, bruschetta with tomatoes or caprese with mozzarella. It harmonises particularly well with fish dishes such as grilled sea bass, trout Müllerin or prawns in olive oil. This Veneto white wine also unfolds its freshness perfectly with pasta with light-coloured sauces, risotto with vegetables or summer salads with lemon dressing.
