The grapes for this Cartizze Prosecco DOCG come from the steep, sun-drenched hills around Valdobbiadene, where the Glera grape variety finds ideal conditions to develop aromatic depth and freshness. Careful vinification and controlled second fermentation in pressurised tanks ensure a fine, elegant perlage and a particularly balanced structure. At 11.5% vol., this Prosecco Superiore Dry is soft, aromatic and elegant. The Dry style is characterised by a subtle, harmonious fruit sweetness that perfectly complements the fresh acidity structure. The 2025 vintage emphasises the fresh, lively characteristics of this high-quality Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore.

Tasting Note

A pale straw yellow in the glass, with brilliant reflections and a fine, persistent perlage, the nose reveals elegant aromas of ripe pears, apples and white flowers, accompanied by delicate citrus nuances, on the palate the Prosecco Superiore di Cartizze is harmonious and fruity, with a fine sweetness and lively freshness, the finish is soft and elegant, long-lasting and characterised by fruity aromas.
