Justino's Madeira 10 Years Old SERCIAL 19% Vol. 0.75 l is an elegant, dry Madeira liqueur wine from Portugal that impressively reflects the classic style of the traditional island of Madeira. Produced by the renowned house of Justino Henriques, this high-quality Madeira DOP is characterised by freshness, structure and remarkable complexity. Made from 100% Sercial grapes, this style is one of the driest representatives of Madeira wines and impresses with its lively acidity, fine flavour and elegant aroma.


The grapes come from vines that are around 17 years old and grow on the limestone and sandstone soils of Madeira Island. After careful harvesting and selection, temperature-controlled fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. This Sercial Madeira then matures for at least ten years in used wooden barrels, allowing its characteristic complexity to develop. The final cuvée consists of several separately vinified wines, each aged for at least ten years in oak barrels. At 19 % vol., this Madeira liqueur wine is fresh, precise and multi-layered, with a clear structure and classic elegance.

Tasting Note

The glass reveals a light reddish-brown colour with golden reflections, the nose reveals fresh aromas of walnuts and acacia honey, accompanied by classic notes of dried fruit, on the palate the Madeira SERCIAL 10 Years is lively and dry, with fresh acidity and elegant structure, the finish is harmonious and warm, of medium length and characterised by a fine nuttiness.
