The grapes for this Austrian white wine were harvested on 14 September 2024 and then gently processed. The wine is matured in steel tanks, which clearly preserves the typical varietal freshness and flavour. At 12.5%, the Cabernet Blanc 2024 is lively, structured and versatile. A light straw yellow colour with brilliant reflections in the glass, the nose reveals aromatic notes of paprika, redcurrants and tomato leaves, accompanied by spicy hints of pepper, the Cabernet Blanc PIWI 2024 is racy and fresh on the palate, with lively acidity and a clear structure, the finish is precise and animating, long-lasting and characterised by spicy freshness.
