The Hillinger Small Hill white 2025 12.% Vol. 0.25 l is a modern, fresh cuvée from Austria that impresses with its lightness, fruitiness and uncomplicated drinking pleasure. This Austrian white wine cuvée combines 70% Welschriesling, 20% Sauvignon Blanc and 10% Gelber Muskateller, bringing a harmonious interplay of freshness, flavour and elegance to the glass.
The grapes for this Hillinger white wine are carefully processed and fermented in stainless steel tanks, followed by around two months of ageing on the fine lees, which gives the wine additional structure and finesse. Visually, this light white wine has a medium straw yellow colour with clear green reflections that emphasise its youthfulness. The compact 0.25 litre bottle makes it particularly practical for spontaneous enjoyment or on the go. With a storage potential of 2 to 3 years, the Small Hill white 2025 stands for fresh drinking pleasure and uncomplicated wine enjoyment.
Tasting Note
A medium straw yellow colour with green reflections in the glass, the nose has a fruity, fresh aroma with fine hints of nutmeg, on the palate the wine impresses with a harmonious interplay of lively acidity and fruity freshness, the finish is pleasant, balanced and long-lasting with an animating lightness.
