The speciality of this double cask single malt whisky lies in its maturation in two different types of cask. The whisky matures in a combination of ex-bourbon casks made from American oak and ex-sherry casks made from Spanish oak, creating a multi-layered flavour profile. While the bourbon casks contribute soft vanilla and caramel notes, the sherry casks add fruity and spicy components. Colour: Warm gold with light amber reflections.

Nose: Inviting and fruity, ripe tropical fruit, vanilla, melting chocolate, sultanas, candied citrus peel.

Flavour: Full-bodied and smooth, pineapple in syrup, ripe mango, creamy vanilla, toffee, fine oak spice.

Langs: Smooth and elegant, oak, light leather notes, a hint of orange peel, pleasantly long finish.
