Tasting Note

A clear, light yellow colour with fresh reflections in the glass, the nose reveals an expressive aroma with gooseberries, yellow peppers and fine spicy notes as well as a hint of hay, on the palate the wine is fresh and fruity with grapefruit notes, compact structure and mineral character, the well-integrated and present acidity provides balance and lively freshness while the finish is long-lasting and animating.
