The basis is a still rosé wine, which is first fermented in stainless steel tanks to optimise the freshness and fruit. Carbon dioxide is then added to the wine, creating the typical gentle perlage of a Secco. The Hillinger Secco Rosé is therefore lively, delicately fruity and particularly easy to drink. With 11.5% alcohol by volume, this Austrian sparkling wine is balanced and elegant. The generous 1.5 litre magnum bottle is ideal for social gatherings and special occasions. The storage potential is around 2 to 3 years, allowing the wine to optimally retain its fresh and fruity style.
