The cuvée of Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah combines fruitiness, elegance and structure to create a harmonious overall picture. While Grenache provides juicy fruit and fullness, Cinsault gives the wine its fine lightness and floral freshness. Syrah complements the composition with subtle spice and structure. A very light, transparent rosé with delicate reflections in the glass, the nose reveals fresh aromas of red berries accompanied by floral notes and subtle hints of citrus, on the palate the rosé is fresh, elegant and harmonious with a clear fruit structure and lively acidity, the finish is fine, fresh and long-lasting.

THE PALE Rosé by Sacha Lichine 2025 is ideal as an aperitif and goes perfectly with summer salads, seafood, grilled fish or Mediterranean starters. This rosé wine from Provence also harmonises particularly well with tapas, poultry dishes, vegetarian cuisine or light pasta dishes.
