In the glass it has a light straw yellow colour with fresh reflections, the nose reveals aromas of citrus fruit, green apple and white flowers accompanied by fine Mediterranean herbal notes, on the palate the wine is lively and balanced with fresh fruit and elegant acidity, the finish is clear, aromatic and long-lasting.

Tagaro Verdazzo Vermentino is an excellent white aperitif wine and goes particularly well with fish dishes, seafood, antipasti or light salads. This Vermentino from Apulia also harmonises well with pasta with light sauces, grilled vegetables or Mediterranean starters.
