Tasting Note

A deep ruby red colour with violet reflections in the glass, the nose reveals intense aromas of ripe dark berries, black cherries and plums accompanied by spicy notes and a hint of Mediterranean herbs, on the palate the wine is powerful and harmonious with dense fruit, fine spice and well-integrated tannins, the finish is full-bodied, elegant and long-lasting.

Tagaro Mancinello Nero di Troia is an excellent accompaniment to grilled meat, lamb dishes, hearty pasta dishes or Italian stews. This red wine from Apulia also harmonises well with mature hard cheese, game dishes or Mediterranean meat dishes.
