Nose: Spicy, cinnamon, star anise, liquorice, baked dates, honeycomb, dark chocolate, dried fruit, lemon zest, salted nuts, herbs.

Flavour: Rich and complex, gentle smoke, apricot, sultanas, dates, stewed apple, orange marmalade, earthy nuances, mushrooms, pine needles, capers, olives.

Finish: Langs, smoky apple wood, tobacco, campfire embers, oily peat.
