The Marqués de Riscal Próximo Rioja DOC 2022, 14% ABV, 0.75 l, is a modern and approachable Rioja red wine from Spain, produced by the long-established Marqués de Riscal winery. This Rioja DOC wine is made from a classic blend of Tempranillo, Graciano and Mazuelo grapes and reflects the region’s typical style. The grapes come exclusively from traditional, carefully selected vineyards with calcareous soils, which lend the wine structure and finesse. Hand-picking and temperature-controlled fermentation ensure precise vinification and preserve the fruity character of this Spanish red wine.


The wine is aged for around 4 months in American oak barrels, which lends it additional complexity and subtle spicy notes.
