Tasting Note

The Tschida Angerhof Beerenauslese 2024 has a light golden yellow colour in the glass. The nose reveals a complex interplay of aromas of papaya, hay flowers, clover blossom and apricot jelly. On the palate, the wine is lively with an invigorating acidity, accompanied by nuances of ripe yellow pear, meadow blossom honey and fine fruity accents. The finish is elegant, long-lasting and characterised by a fine citrus arch and ringlets.

This Beerenauslese from Austria is an excellent accompaniment to desserts with fruit, fruit cake, sponge roulades, ice cream and sorbet variations as well as apricot and plum dumplings or Buchteln. The Tschida Angerhof BA also harmonises perfectly with goose liver variations or matured mountain cheese and is ideal for special moments of indulgence and as a sweet finish to a meal.
