The Weinhof Szemes ZERO GRAVITY 12% Vol. 0.75 l is an exceptional and modern natural wine from southern Burgenland that impressively reflects the signature of Weinhof Szemes. The wine comes from the Saybritz vineyard on the Eisenberg, a region known for its mineral slate soils and wines with a strong character. This special Austrian wine is vinified as Blaufränkisch on Welschriesling mash, combining red and white grape varieties in an innovative way.


Fermentation takes place in 500-litre wooden barrels, creating additional structure and depth. The wine is then left to mature on the lees for around 6 to 8 months before being bottled fresh and fruity. The soils of slate, clay and rocky brown earth give this natural wine from Austria a precise minerality and elegant tension. With 12% alcohol by volume, ZERO GRAVITY is light, juicy and particularly accessible. Its fresh style makes it a versatile wine for different seasons and moments of enjoyment.

In the glass, the Weinhof Szemes ZERO GRAVITY has a slightly cloudy colour with lively reflections. Fresh aromas of cherries, red berries and fine spicy nuances unfold on the nose. On the palate, the wine is juicy, light and mineral with an animating freshness and elegant structure. The finish is fruity, lively and long-lasting.
