Description
Szemes Winery ZERO GRAVITY 12% ABV 0.75l online kaufen
The Weinhof Szemes ZERO GRAVITY 12% ABV 0.75 l is an exceptional and modern natural wine from Southern Burgenland, which impressively reflects the Weinhof Szemes style. The wine comes from the Saybritz vineyard on the Eisenberg, a region renowned for its mineral-rich slate soils and wines with distinctive character. This special Austrian wine is vinified as Blaufränkisch on a Welschriesling must, thereby combining red and white grape varieties in an innovative way.
Fermentation takes place in 500-litre wooden barrels, which lends the wine additional structure and depth. The wine is then aged on the lees for around 6 to 8 months before being bottled whilst still fruity and fresh. The soils, composed of slate, loam and rocky brown earth, lend this natural wine from Austria a precise minerality and elegant tension. With an alcohol content of 12% vol., ZERO GRAVITY is light, juicy and particularly approachable. Its fresh style makes it a versatile wine for different seasons and occasions.

In the glass, the Weinhof Szemes ZERO GRAVITY appears slightly cloudy in colour with lively highlights. On the nose, fresh aromas of cherries, red berries and subtle spicy notes unfold. On the palate, the wine is juicy, light and mineral, with an invigorating freshness and elegant structure. The finish is fruity, lively and long-lasting.
This natural wine from Southern Burgenland pairs superbly with light meat dishes, Mediterranean cuisine, vegetable dishes, pasta or a traditional Burgenland platter. Weinhof Szemes ZERO GRAVITY is also ideal for summer evenings, simple moments of enjoyment or as a versatile accompaniment to modern and creative cuisine.
