The grapes were harvested on 3 October 2023 and then fermented particularly gently in wooden vats. The wine then matured in large wooden barrels, harmoniously combining structure and elegance. With 13.5% alcohol by volume and a dry finish, this Blaufränkisch from Austria is precise, juicy and expressive.
