The Bosco del Merlo Prosecco Extra Dry Millesimato DOC 2025, 11.5% ABV, in a 0.75-litre bottle, is an elegant and delicately sparkling Prosecco from Italy that delights with its creamy effervescence, harmonious fruitiness and lively freshness. Produced by the renowned Bosco del Merlo winery, this high-quality Prosecco DOC Millesimato is made from the Glera and Pinot Grigio grape varieties. The grapes come from the classic Prosecco regions, characterised by mineral-rich soils and a particularly favourable microclimate that provides ideal conditions for aromatic and elegant sparkling wines.


The grapes are harvested in the early morning hours of the second half of September to optimally preserve their freshness and delicate aromas. Following gentle white wine vinification and soft pressing, only the highest-quality must is used. Temperature-controlled fermentation at 14–16 °C ensures clear fruit expression and an elegant structure. Before the second fermentation, an additional 10 per cent of Glera must is added, which emphasises the typical freshness and finesse of this Extra Dry Prosecco. The second fermentation takes place over two months in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures of 13–14 °C, resulting in a particularly fine and creamy perlage. With an alcohol content of 11.5% vol., the Bosco del Merlo Prosecco Extra Dry Millesimato DOC 2025 is well-balanced, elegant and pleasantly approachable.

Tasting Note

In the glass, the Bosco del Merlo Prosecco Extra Dry Millesimato DOC 2025 appears pale straw-yellow with greenish highlights and a particularly fine, persistent effervescence. On the nose, elegant aromas of pear, green apple and acacia blossom unfold. On the palate, this Prosecco, made from Glera and Pinot Grigio, is fresh, creamy and harmonious, with subtle minerality, a lively structure and well-balanced fruitiness. The finish is elegant, invigorating and pleasantly long-lasting.
