The Frescobaldi ALÌE Rosé IGT 2025, 12% ABV, in a 0.75-litre bottle, is an elegant and captivating rosé wine from Tuscany that harmoniously combines Mediterranean freshness, subtle minerality and stylish aromas. Following a careful harvest, the grapes are processed quickly and with the utmost care. Whole-bunch pressing takes place in an oxygen-free environment and under very gentle pressure to optimally preserve the delicate aromas. Following several hours of must clarification, temperature-controlled fermentation takes place at below 19 °C in stainless steel tanks. The Frescobaldi ALÌE Rosé 2025 then matures for several months on the fine lees and subsequently in the bottle. The 2025 vintage is characterised by exceptional balance, freshness and aromatic precision. With an alcohol content of 12% vol., this premium rosé from Italy is elegant, lively and harmoniously balanced.
