The Hillinger Small Hill White 2025, 12% ABV, in a 0.75 l bottle, is a fresh and unpretentious white wine cuvée from Austria, synonymous with carefree enjoyment and great drinking pleasure. Produced by the renowned Leo Hillinger winery, this modern Austrian white wine blends 70% Welschriesling, 20% Sauvignon Blanc and 10% Gelber Muskateller to create a harmonious and balanced composition. This carefully balanced blend combines freshness, fruit and aroma to create a versatile wine suitable for a wide range of occasions.


The wine is aged under temperature-controlled conditions in stainless steel tanks to optimally preserve the freshness and varietal character of the individual grape varieties. It is then left to mature on the fine lees for two months, which lends it additional harmony and body. With an alcohol content of 12% vol., the Hillinger Small Hill White 2025 is light, lively and approachable. The fresh style of the Welschriesling, the aromatic elegance of the Sauvignon Blanc and the delicate muscat notes of the Gelber Muskateller complement each other perfectly. The result is a fruity white wine from Austria that impresses with its balance and uncomplicated character. When stored correctly, this wine has a drinking window of around two to three years.

Tasting Note

In the glass, the Hillinger Small Hill White 2025 appears a medium straw yellow with distinct greenish highlights. On the nose, fresh fruit aromas unfold, accompanied by a subtle hint of nutmeg. On the palate, this cuvée of Welschriesling, Sauvignon Blanc and Gelber Muskateller is lively and harmonious, with balanced acidity, fresh fruit and a pleasant lightness. The finish is fresh, invigorating and pleasantly long-lasting.
