The Villa Sandi Il Fresco Prosecco Rosé Millesimato DOC 2025, 11% vol., in a 1.5-litre magnum bottle combines the elegance of a high-quality Prosecco Rosé DOC with the special character of a vintage wine. In this cuvée, the renowned Villa Sandi winery combines the freshness of the Glera grape with the sophistication of Pinot Nero, creating a modern rosé sparkling wine that impressively reflects the quality and tradition of northern Italy.


The grapes come from selected vineyards in the Veneto and Friuli-Venezia Giulia regions, where the mineral-rich alluvial and marl soils provide ideal conditions for growing high-quality grape varieties. The cuvée is composed of Glera and Pinot Nero. Whilst the Glera grapes provide freshness and fruitiness, Pinot Nero adds structure, elegance and the characteristic rosé colour. Following gentle pressing, the second fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures of 15 to 16 °C. The sparkling wine then matures on the lees for at least two months, during which time it develops its fine perlage and harmonious structure. The generous 1.5-litre magnum bottle also promotes particularly elegant ageing, making this Prosecco Rosé Millesimato 2025 an excellent choice for festive occasions and special moments of indulgence.

On the nose, elegant floral and fruity aromas unfold, with subtle notes of red berries and fresh blossoms. On the palate, this sparkling wine is harmonious, fresh and well-balanced, with lively fruit, a delicate structure and pleasant freshness. The perlage is elegant and soft. The finish is fruit-driven, balanced and long-lasting.
