The Sacchetto Prosecco Vino Frizzante DOC, 11% ABV, in a 0.75-litre bottle, embodies the classic style of an Italian Prosecco Frizzante and offers straightforward enjoyment with authentic character. The long-established Sacchetto winery produces this Prosecco DOC from 100% Glera grapes in the renowned wine-growing regions of Veneto and Friuli-Venezia Giulia. With its fine effervescence, harmonious freshness and elegant fruitiness, it embodies the traditional interpretation of a Prosecco Frizzante.


After harvesting, the grapes are destemmed and the must is fermented under temperature-controlled conditions. Vinification takes place using selected yeasts; the wine is then aged in stainless steel tanks under controlled conditions and, after bottling, develops further harmony in the bottle. This allows the Frizzante to retain its lively freshness and varietal aromas. With an alcohol content of 11 % vol., the Sacchetto Prosecco Vino Frizzante DOC impresses with its soft, harmonious character and its pleasant drinkability. When stored under optimal conditions, it has an ageing potential of around 18 to 20 months, with its fresh aromas coming into their own particularly well in the first few months after bottling.

Tasting Note

In the glass, the Sacchetto Prosecco Vino Frizzante DOC presents itself as a pale straw-yellow colour with a fine, lively effervescence. On the nose, delicate fruity aromas unfold with subtle citrus notes, accompanied by floral nuances of wisteria and acacia blossom. On the palate, fresh acidity and a soft, harmonious structure combine to create a balanced taste experience. The finish is elegant, fresh and pleasantly long-lasting.
