The long-established Sacchetto winery produces this elegant frizzante from its own vineyards in the Prapian Lager within the Montello – Colli Asolani area, at the level of the so-called Presa No. 3, which gives this special bottling its name, ‘3 Volte’. The vineyards are managed according to the principles of organic viticulture, with particular emphasis placed on treating nature, plants, animals and the surrounding cultural landscape with respect.


The wine is made exclusively from 100% Glera. Following gentle pressing using a horizontal press, the clarified must undergo temperature-controlled fermentation. The wine then matures in stainless steel tanks under controlled conditions and, after bottling, gains further harmony through bottle ageing. With a ageing potential of around 16 to 20 months, this Asolo Prosecco Frizzante Biologico DOCG impresses with its balanced structure, elegant freshness and dry finish. With an alcohol content of 11% vol., it is a versatile sparkling wine, equally suited to an aperitif or as an accompaniment to a meal.

Tasting Note

In the glass, the Sacchetto Prapian 3 Volte Asolo Prosecco Vino Frizzante Biologico DOCG presents a brilliant straw-yellow colour with a fine, lively effervescence. On the nose, delicate fruity and floral aromas unfold, accompanied by subtle citrus notes and white blossoms. On the palate, the frizzante is harmonious, smooth and elegant, with a balanced freshness and fine structure. The finish is pleasantly dry, fresh and long-lasting.
